Terms of Service.

The rules for using Astral and ordering products supplied exclusively for laboratory research.

Effective October 6, 2026.

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to Astral’s website, account features, and ordering services. By using the site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility and authorized research

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and handle each product at the delivery location.

You confirm that each purchase is for lawful, authorized laboratory research by trained personnel with suitable facilities, controls, and procedures. You are responsible for determining and following the laws and institutional rules that apply to you.

Astral may request verification or decline access or an order when eligibility or intended use cannot be established.

Research Use Only

Every product is sold for Research Use Only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, therapeutic use, food, drugs, cosmetics, household use, or compounding.

Product pages, specifications, certificates, and support materials describe research records only. They are not medical advice, dosing instructions, guidance for human or animal protocols, or a promise that a product is fit for a particular experiment.

Accounts and site use

Provide accurate, current account and ordering information. Keep account credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the site, submit malicious material, access another person’s records, or use Astral for an unlawful purpose.

Orders and availability

Before submitting an order, review the exact compound, dosage, quantity, delivery address, delivery method, and displayed charges. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.

Availability, prices, promotions, and delivery estimates can change. If checkout offers payment, an order is paid only after payment is verified and Astral records that result. Until then the order still needs payment. Astral may correct an obvious error or contact you when an item cannot be fulfilled.

If Astral cannot ship within the time stated for the order, Astral will provide notice and the revised estimate, delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law. Astral will not substitute a materially different item without your express agreement.

Paying for an order

Payment section updated November 6, 2026.

Checkout displays the available payment methods. By submitting your order, you authorize Astral and its payment service providers to process the amount shown using the method you select. Your payment provider may ask you to verify the transaction.

Astral receives the limited order, payment-status, and provider-reference records needed to match a payment to an order. Do not submit payment credentials anywhere except the secure payment surface reached from Astral checkout.

Shipping

Astral accepts delivery addresses in the United States and eligible international destinations shown at checkout. Available delivery services, prices, and estimates depend on the destination. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier events, address problems, weather, and other events outside Astral’s direct control can cause delays.

Provide a complete, deliverable address and monitor the tracking record supplied for the order. Contact support promptly if a package is missing, damaged, or does not match the order record. If tracking or a written customs notice confirms an international shipment was seized, contact support with the order number and evidence; Astral will provide one complimentary reship for that order.

Problems, returns, and support

For post-delivery shipping and product-quality claims, Astral’s voluntary remedy is reshipment. Do not return a product unless Astral Support provides written instructions.

A reshipment is available only when Astral verifies one of the following: carrier tracking or written carrier confirmation establishes that the shipment was lost by the carrier; a continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning before the sealed shipping package is opened clearly shows that the customer received the wrong item or a damaged item; a complete report from an independent laboratory identifies the Astral product and lot tested and reports purity below 95%; or carrier tracking or a written customs notice confirms that an international shipment was seized.

Contact Astral Support promptly with the order number and affected lot number. Support will explain how to provide any video or laboratory report, and Astral may verify the carrier record, video, laboratory, method, product, and lot before approving one replacement of the affected product and dosage. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow Astral to exclude.

Chargeback policy

Effective October 26, 2026.

Contact support first

If you have any issue with an order, delivery, product record, or charge, you must contact Astral Support before filing a payment dispute, except where immediate contact with your bank or payment provider is needed to report suspected unauthorized use or preserve your rights. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant records. Give support a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond, without missing any bank or payment-provider deadline.

How we review an issue

Astral reviews the order and available payment, shipment, and support records. Our shipping and returns terms govern voluntary remedies, including qualifying reshipments. Do not return products without written instructions from Astral Support. This policy does not expand or replace those terms or limit remedies required by applicable law.

Accurate claims and friendly fraud

Friendly fraud occurs when a cardholder or authorized user disputes a legitimate purchase using inaccurate claims, whether by mistake or deliberately. Examples include falsely reporting an authorized payment as unauthorized, falsely reporting a delivered order as missing, or seeking a second reimbursement after a refund or other agreed resolution. Before disputing an unfamiliar charge, review your order confirmation and check with anyone authorized to use the payment method. Provide accurate, complete information and promptly correct an error. An honest question or good-faith dispute is not, by itself, fraud.

Records supplied to the bank

If a dispute is filed, Astral will review it and submit relevant available information to the issuing bank, payment processor, payment provider, or card network when contesting the claim. This may include order and payment confirmations, authentication and transaction records, the terms presented at purchase, delivery address, carrier tracking and delivery confirmation, customer communications, and records of any refund, replacement, or other resolution. Information is shared as needed to explain the transaction, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Astral does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

While a dispute is open

The bank or payment provider determines the dispute outcome under its own rules. A temporary credit is not necessarily a final decision. If the issue is resolved, notify Astral Support and your bank or provider so their records can be updated. Tell support about any open dispute or credit before requesting reimbursement, so we can coordinate the resolution and avoid duplicate credits. Do not withdraw a valid claim on the basis of an uncompleted resolution.

Your rights remain protected

This contact-first policy does not waive or restrict any statutory right to dispute a charge, report unauthorized use, or seek a remedy. Contact your bank or payment provider promptly when necessary, and follow its deadlines even while Astral is reviewing the issue. Nothing here requires you to delay a report of suspected fraud or wait beyond a deadline that protects your rights.

Records and responsibility

A Certificate of Analysis describes the identified lot and the reported test conditions. It does not guarantee a result in your research system. You are responsible for evaluating suitability, storage, handling, controls, and disposal for your work.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond an express statement Astral makes in these Terms or an order record. Astral is not responsible for unauthorized, improper, or human or veterinary use.

Changes to these Terms

Astral may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the site.
